LIP ENHANCEMENT

You may be wishing for fuller, richer and more sensuous lips. Now there are a variety of procedures some temporary and others more permanent to achieve these desired results.

One technique is known as Fat Transfer. The “fat” is taken from your abdomen or outer thigh and reinjected into your lip area. The results are very good and last from several months to over a year because the fat is gradually absorbed back into the body. You may need two or three treatments to obtain the results you desire.

The latest technique for lip enhancement is Restylane®. Restylane® is made of hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance in our skin, and treatments will fill out your lips. You will notice improvement in the area treated with one treatment. There may be a slight swelling that will resolve over the next day or two. The improvement you will achieve will usually last from 6 to 12 months. There will be gradual fading of the results at which point you can return for another treatment.
